How can a buyer get a title and register it from the MVD? Or is the buyer out of luck.

Or would you be more likely to buy a car from a company that is on the verge of bankruptcy?

People suggest bankruptcy will keep people from buying from the big 3, but I personally wouldn’t buy from a company that’s literally living on borrowed time…
