How long before I recieve my bankruptcy discharge papers?

it depends on your circumstances. everyone is different. i work at a place where we need discharge papers from some of our customers and there are customers from like, three years ago im STILL waiting on discharge papers for, and then there are other customers who had their dischage papers sent to me within a matter of months. you need to talk to your bankruptcy attorny

It depends on how busy the system is but within a couple of months.
The bankrupty could stay on your credit for up to 10 years.
You can start building your credit now by increasing your income, treating a pre-paid Master Card responsibly, and saving money in a registered account.

Usually it takes about 90 days to get your discharge paperwork from the courts…If you when to 341 on 9/25..you should see something in the mail around Christmas time… Personally, I’d wait to start establishing until you get your discharge paperwork, Bad Credit credit cards, ,, these cards are for bad credit and can help re establish your credit with a good pay history.
