I know they get screwed but if that person starts making money again can they still get the money or they don’t have to pay it back ever? like if they get out of bankruptcy , how does that work?

my husband and i were soooooooo dumb when we were younger…….we both did a bankruptcy we listen to others to do it………not knowing how hurtfull it will be against us……they said that it will clear off our credit in 7 years will it has been over 7 years and still its still there………..what, can we do to make this bankruptcy go away for good……………..i can’t buy my house with this bankruptcy against use……….any one help with phone numbers that i can call…………..
