How far out of bankruptcy do you need to be before you can get a descent rate on a home loan?

I filed back in 2005, but my credit score is still pretty good. I’m near 700 right now, but my bankruptcy is not quite 5 years old yet. I know it can be visible for up to 10 years, but when is the point where it’s not a big deal anymore? Thanks.
